Our specialized practice group covers the full range of legal, commercial and strategic advice to bidding consortia, awarding authorities, contractors and lenders in major sectors in which public private partnerships are used, particularly transport/road, constructions, urban infrastructure, public utilities industry, environmental protection, waste.

Our practice extends to reviewing, analyzing and structuring project documentation, as well as drafting and negotiating financing and security packages. Our attorneys have gained extensive experience in: advising consortia on the various bid requirements for PPP/PFI projects, including the formation of special purpose companies and related joint venture arrangements with consortium members; advising public sector bodies and private sector consortia on procurement issues and on concession contracts, including direct agreements and lenders and subcontractors; advising companies on facilities management and operating contracts; advising lenders and consortia on project finance issues, including the negotiation of loan and security agreements.
