Competition law is a significant part of our practice. A common concern of our corporate clients is the extent to which their intended acquisitions, mergers and even contractual dealings may infringe upon legislative stipulations forbidding anti-competitive conduct.

The answers are not always clear-cut, but solutions can usually be achieved by a blend of both specialist knowledge and practical "objective" steps to properly protect our client’s business affairs. We have developed a strong specialized practice group consisting of highly experienced attorneys, able to handle all types of competition legal matters, ranging from the most complex EU competition issues (working in tandem with its international partners) to the compliances with simple local rules.
