Our real estate practice group handles a wide range of matters for our commercial, industrial, financial, institutional and individual clients. Our team has been involved in a significant number of transactions on the Romanian market, the assistance covering regulatory investigations in the acquisition process, project finance, property development, complex lease agreements and assistance on the exit of the projects.

Our attorneys have an extensive experience in real estate projects starting from the preliminary stages (complex due diligence investigation, assistance for collection of documents from public sources authorities, negotiations of preliminary and/or final sale purchase agreements), to future developments of the project, agreement with developers (general constructor agreements, agent agreements), assistance during financing process, lease agreements for the developed premises, etc. Our expertise covers a variety of legal services on any aspects related to the complex real estate field, such as: representation in connection with commercial, industrial, retail and residential projects; corporate real estate and leasing matters; structuring, preparation and negotiation of complex construction loans, permanent loans and other real estate secured transactions; review, preparation and negotiation of lease transactions (including land leases, office leases, warehouse leases and retail shopping center leases); representation in real estate sales, as well as in constructions and real estate development.
