Our employment and pensions practice group works closely with our clients to develop and review employment policies and procedures and to provide supervisory training on employment issues.

Our practice covers the full range of employment matters including personnel administration and contract negotiations and representation in employment-related disputes before courts.
Our attorneys are highly experienced in reviewing, negotiating and drafting individual employment agreements (including special clauses, such as non-compete, confidentiality, personnel data protection, unfair competition), management agreements, collective bargaining agreements, internal regulations, in assisting on preliminary disciplinary investigations and individual and collective dismissals, as well as in providing legal advice on the implementation in Romania of the EU Directives.
