Raul Mihu has been involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions and competition projects, has provided expert advice to foreign and domestic clients on issues such as the due diligence of Romanian banks and leasing and consumer credit companies, and has extensive experience in a wide variety of legal areas, including antitrust, contracts, banking and insurance.
