Other relevant positions in his professional career also include seven years experience as name partner and deputy managing partner of Stefanica Dutu & Partners and the role of co-Head of Dispute Resolution in Romania at CMS Cameron McKenna. He has extensive experience in litigation and international arbitration, including some high-profile investment disputes, as well as in advising on corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, energy. He graduated from the Law School within the University of Bucharest in 1998 and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. Beside his native Romanian, he is fluent in English.
