He graduated from the Transportation Faculty with the Politehnica University Bucharest in 1994, the Management Faculty with the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest in 1997 and from Nicolae Titulescu Law School in 2005 and is a member of various professional associations. He is a highly proficient tax and accountancy expert and financial adviser, providing local and multinational companies with specialized services.
