Marta E. Popa is a partner of Voicu & Filipescu. She has wide experience in various practice areas under Romanian law, including corporate consultancy, mergers and acquisitions, privatization, project finance, banking and finance, as well as real estate matters and employment law. Having been involved in a significant number of the most important legal due diligence investigations and acquisition transactions that have taken place in the Romanian economy during recent years, Marta Popa has gained particular expertise in performing detailed investigations of domestic companies and drafting due diligence reports, advising major foreign clients or the Romanian state during the process of private acquisition or selling of the State-owned stakes in Romanian companies.
