 | | Legal consultants providing assistance with domestic expertise in connection with the PPP Contracts contracted with a construction company, part of the world’s leading integrated construction and concession group, for the Comarnic – Predeal section of the Bucharest – Brasov Motorway, including drafting, revising and negotiating with private partners the PPP contracts for constructing as well as operating the motorway, legal advice to the Romanian State authorities concerning the compliance of the PPP contracts with the PPP legislation.
