Assisted a Romanian supply company active in the gas industry in the process for the negotiation of credit facilities in amount of EUR 3.4 million aimed at financing the client’s investments in its natural gas grid expansion, as well as of a security – loan agreement in amount of approximately EUR 1.5 million and guarantees thereon with a major Romanian bank.
Assisted a strategic investor in the process for the acquisition of a natural gas distributor, the licensee of the distribution grid in a Romanian city, as well as on specific regulatory matters pertaining to the natural gas industry.
Assisted the majority shareholder of a natural gas supplier and distributor in the sale of the said company to another company active in the natural gas market, including data room organization and involvement in the preparing of additional information as requested by the Competition Council.
Advised a major wind turbine manufacturer on specific regulatory matters pertaining to the siting and installation stages of the largest functional wind power project carried out in South-Eastern Romania.
Advised a Romanian company active in the renewable energy market in the development of a 40 MW wind farm located in Dobrogea. Assistance included advice on the title over the land, land use and regime of incentives available to investors in the green energy sector.
