Defended a large pharmaceutical company against the trademark annulment and infringement claims filed by the competitor, including the legal assessments of the client’s rights and representation in court.
Represented software companies in registering their products in the Computer Software Registry kept by the National Copyright Office.
Drafted contracts for the assignment of the copyright over computer software and publications for various clients and assisted said clients in the negotiations with respect to the conclusion of such contracts.
