Assisted one of the largest Austrian banks in the purchase in the secondary market of promissory notes issued by a central public authority involved in public works, in the total amount of EUR 10 million.
Assisted the real estate department of a Belgian universal multi-channel bank on the restructuring of a loan in amount of over EUR 21 million granted to a real estate developer active on the Romanian market.
Advised a major leasing company acting on the Romanian market in relation to a nationwide debt recovery plan initiated by said company against more than 400 default clients.
Advised an important retail parks developer on obtaining a EUR 10 million loan from one of the top banks active in the Romanian banking system, for the purpose of financing the development of a new retail park in Drobeta Turnu Severin.
Retained by one of the largest financial groups in Central and Eastern Europe as general legal counsel (coordinating other jurisdictions’ lawyers) for implementation of reserve costs optimization scheme in the form of a loan warehousing structure/booking center in The Netherlands, for an estimated value of approximately EUR 600 million.
