Assisted one of the most active real estate developers in the retail park segment of the Romanian market in relation to obtaining a EUR 10 million loan for the purpose of financing the first development phase of the client’s sixth retail park in Romania.
Assisted a significant investor in the EUR 34.6 million acquisition of a landplot of 5 hectares in the center of Bucharest, a transaction deemed by the as the largest land acquisition in the city over a two years period.
Assisted a major real estate developer in the sale to a French supermarket chain of the retail space necessary to the buyer in order to open a new unit in the commercial center developed by the client in Constanta.
Advised an important retail parks developer on obtaining a EUR 10 million loan from one of the top banks active in the Romanian banking system, for the purpose of financing the development of a new retail park in Drobeta Turnu Severin.
Advised one of the most active developers of retail parks on the Romanian market in the sale of one of the real estate projects developed by the client, by a EUR 63 million transaction, publicly recognized as the real estate transaction of the year 2009 in Romania.
