Privatization

		Acting in consortium with a major investment banking company, advised APAPS on all legal matters concerning the privatization of a Romanian rail car manufacturer under the World Bank PSAL 1 Program.


		Acting in consortium with a top bank on the Romanian market, advised APAPS with respect to the privatization of ten (10) large state-owned companies under the World Bank PSAL 1 Program (Pool 5).


		Advised the third brewery in Romania in the privatization process of a Romanian brewery, including representation during the negotiations with the State Agency for Privatization and drawing up the acquisition documents, handling the formalities related to the public records.


		Acting in consortium with a major investment banking company, advised APAPS on all significant legal issues related to the privatization of five (5) large state companies under the World Bank PSAL 1 Program (Pool 1).


		Acting in consortium, advised APAPS on significant legal issues related to the privatization of five (5) large state industries under the World Bank PSAL 1 Program (Pool 2).
