Assisted on the implementation of PSAL – World Bank Program. Covered services included: preparing the financial due diligence for 3 state owned companies acting in different industries (metallurgy, production of electrical engines and animal breeding production); translation of financial statements according to IAS, financial due diligence, financial review, cost structure breakdown by business units for the restructuring of a Romanian trucks manufacturer.
Assisted a German based bank on fiscal representative issues (computing, declaring and paying the taxes due to the Romanian state budget on behalf of the non-resident).
Delivered training programs to the employees in the accounting and controlling department of a variety of clients.
Active involvement in the drafting of a series of fiscal legislation pieces, including: preparing the draft of laws adopted by the Ministry of Economy and Finance; active involvement in assistance provided by the business community to MEF for preparing the first draft of Fiscal code and its guidelines; assistance in implementation of legislation regarding the environment protection.
