Litigation

Represented a major insurer on the Romanian market before the courts in litigation cases concerning the annulment of the bid organized by the national air transport company through the Romanian Commodities Exchange, for the provision of Casco and liability insurance services related to aeronautical activities and the suspension of the award related to the mentioned bid.
Represented the Romanian post services company before the Bucharest Tribunal and the Court of Appeals in a claim against the Ministry of Public Finance for the restitution of a building located in Bucharest, with a value exceeding EUR 5 million. Represented the Romanian post services company before the Bucharest Tribunal and the Court of Appeals in a contestation against the enforcement of the management agreement.
Represented the city hall of a major Romanian city in a litigation case against the Court of Accounts in respect of financing the local soccer club.
Represented the Romanian post services company before the Bucharest Tribunal in a litigation case against a Romanian bank having as an object the bank’s bankruptcy.
Represented a leading telecommunications operator in court actions and provided client representation during all stages of the process of recovery against debtors, from pre-trial conciliation procedures to the enforcement of the decisions issued by competent courts of all ranks, in litigation cases against debtors (private individuals and legal entities), recovering an aggregate amount of EUR 8.5 million (upon a monthly average of settled court files of 400).
