Assisted a major international bank in negotiating and drawing up the finance documents for an USD 120 million loan granted by a member of the World Bank Group to a group of CEE related banks, from which USD 40 million was granted to the Romanian subsidiary.
Advised a major international bank and its securities brokerage subsidiary in structuring, negotiating and drawing up the finance and other transaction documents for the first Leveraged Take-Over-Bid of a Romanian listed company; the two-phase transaction amounted to US$ 43 million.
Advised a major international bank in negotiating and drawing up the finance documents for various credit lines granted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as well as senior loans and sub-loans from the mother company.
Advised the second TV cable company in Romania in negotiating and drawing up the finance documents for obtaining a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, to be used for the acquisition of TV-cable company and improving the TV, telephony and internet network.
