Represented the second largest GSM operator in Romania, holding a market share of approximately 40% and various exclusive agents before the Competition Council in the process of granting exemptions on several categories of exclusive distribution contracts.
Represented a major worldwide tobacco company, holding approximately 30% of the market, before the Competition Council in the process of granting exemptions on various categories of exclusive distribution agreements.
Represented a major brewery in Romania in the entire process of the notification of the economic concentration with the Competition Council, pursuant to the acquisition of control over three (3) Romanian breweries holding approximately 16% of the market.
