Represented and successfully finalized for a major bottler, part of the world's largest non-alcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups manufacturer, distributor and marketer, twenty-two (22) court cases against the Ministry of Public Finances and the customs authorities around the country with respect to contesting decisions issued by such state authorities and opposing enforcement procedures commenced by the latter.
Represented a major bottler, part of the world's largest non-alcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups manufacturer, distributor and marketer, during the procedure of direct settlement of disputes with a major construction company of the Prahova County.
Represented the third Romanian mineral water company in a court case regarding the abusive setting by the National Company of Mineral Waters (SNAM) of the price for the purchased mineral water.
Represented one of the largest cable communications services providers in Romania as defendant in two (2) unfair competition related cases concerning the transmission of TV programs under the “Atomic” trademarks.
Represented a large multinational company acting in a wide range of industries, from engines to power generation, financial services to medical imaging, and news to information, in court litigation against the National Railways Company, related to a bid organized for the purchase of fluorescent lamps.
