Advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as Romanian counsel in negotiating and drawing up the finance documents for granting a loan of EUR 18 million to major Romanian electrical power supplier, to be used for the construction of a 110 km over-head electric transmission line.
Advised a major international bank in negotiating and drawing up the finance documents for a EUR 30 million loan with the German bank KfW.
Advised world’s leading wood based panel producer on all matters of Romanian law in relation with a loan facility of EUR 130 million granted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, including during the negotiations of the loan documentation and security package, the creation of security, corporate resolutions, and the fulfillment of conditions precedent.
Advised the global leader for processing secure electronic financial transactions as Romanian counsel in the process of revolving line of credit of EUR 30 million with one of the group’s companies and the American leading financial institution, including advice on the finance documents applicable to the Romanian entity.
Advised a major international bank in negotiating and drawing up the finance documents for an USD 250 million syndicated loan obtained from a group of 27 international banks.
