Advised a major Flemish real estate investor in the acquisition of over 20 hectares of land pursuant to the full due diligence investigation on all issues related to the land, performed with respect to several plots located in the areas surrounding Bucharest, as well as during the negotiation and drawing up of the lease agreements with the local leader on the do-it-yourself retail market and with the most dynamic retailer of household appliances and IT&C on the Romanian market, for the opening of stores/ warehouses in Militari Shopping Center.
Advised a company part of an international food and nutrition group active on three continents, with production plants in four countries, and supplying over 250 million consumers worldwide in more than 40 different countries, by performing due diligence investigations with respect to four farms located in Constanta and providing legal assistance during the acquisition of two of such farms.
Advised a Flemish real estate developer in the acquisition of over 25 hectares of land pursuant to the full due diligence on all issues related to the land, performed in respect to more than 34 individual plots located on the Bucharest-Pitesti Highway, including legal assistance in the negotiations with the banks and constructors and drawing up the related documents concerning the development of the acquired land area into the Militari Shopping Center.
Advised a European investment fund in relation with the real estate issues implied by the acquisition of a major gas supplier.
