Advised a major international bank for setting-up the asset management subsidiary and launching the securities custody and depository business.
Advised Europe's second-largest tire manufacturer as Romanian counsel in the process of re-financing of the Senior Secured Term Loan and Revolving Credit Agreement of EUR 505 million, advising on the finance documents applicable to the Romanian entity.
Advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as Romanian counsel in negotiating and drawing up the finance documents for granting a loan of EUR 16 million to a commodity trading company operating for international companies and governmental trading boards.
Advised as Romanian counsel a full-range financial services provider, global leader in food and agriculture financing and in sustainability-oriented banking, in view of granting a facility to a logistic services supplier, on all matters related to a loan of up to EUR 60 million, secured with assets and shares of the Romanian entity of the logistics services supplier.
Advised two companies part of a forfeiting business group specialized in non-recourse purchase and sale of receivables and acceptance of risks through purchasing commitments, providing legal advice on all matters of Romanian law, in granting a facility of EUR 45 million to Romanian subway transport company and in other transactions related to the refinancing of municipality debt.
