Advised an American based multinational computer technology corporation, developer, manufacturer, licenser, and support provider for a wide range of world renowned software products for computing devices in its relocation into a new office building, including due diligence on the new premises and legal assistance during the negotiations with the landlord and constructors.
Advised a major Flemish real estate developer in the acquisition of over 19 hectares of land pursuant to the full due diligence investigation on all issues related to the land located in the developing areas surrounding Bucharest, as well as during the negotiations with the lenders and constructors and drawing up the related documents concerning the development of the acquired land area into Bucharest Logistic Center.
Advised Romanian subsidiary of a major European investment company in the negotiation and drawing up of phases II and III of the construction agreement related to a EUR 3.5 million investment into an office leasing compound located in the center of Bucharest.
Advised the third Romanian mineral water company in assessing the legal status of the land related to the exploitation of mineral resources, including an appraisal of the legal regime of the real estate with respect to the extraction, protection and transportation of the mineral water from the sources to the bottling units.
Advised the largest US independent company active in the gas business, on all specific real estate issues related to the acquisition process of a Romanian gas supplier from the RPPF investors.
