Advised one of Turkey’s largest industrial conglomerates on acquiring the majority stake in one of the top four electronic and home appliances retail chains in Romania, in a EUR 5 million transaction.
Advised the European subsidiary of an international construction group, one of the world leaders in the roads industry, on acquiring a major stake and taking control in a local road building company, by acquiring 80% of the share capital of the same.
Advised an international TV cable operator in the acquisition of the Romanian market leader in this field, by way of acquiring shares for a price exceeding US$ 400 million.
