Represented the third-largest bank in Austria, one of the country's leading commercial and investment banks, before the Competition Council, in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the banking market, pursuant to the international acquisition of a leading issuing bank in Austria by one of the leading financial institutions in Poland.
Represented the third-largest bank in Austria, one of the country's leading commercial and investment banks, before the Competition Council, in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the banking market, pursuant to the acquisition from the Romanian State of a Romanian bank.
Represented a major company supplying casing, tubing, drill pipe and line pipe to the oil & gas industry before the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the pipes manufacturing market, pursuant to opening the investigation against a manufacturer of pipes (a unit of the leading independent exporter of Brazilian steel throughout the world), which intended to acquire three (3) Romanian pipe manufacturing companies, including legal support during the investigation proceedings, public hearings and court representation.
Assisted the second largest bank in Romania in the first bank assurance partnership concluded with a worldwide insurance company, the legal work involving the drawing up and the filing of the notification with the Competition Council towards obtaining partnership clearance under the competition rules.
Represented the world leader in water services before the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the public services market, pursuant to the establishment of the Ploiesti public water and sewerage service company, the first company in Romania in this field established by means of a public-private partnership, between the client and the Ploiesti local council, the beneficiary of the concession of the public infrastructure for water distribution and the collection of used water in Ploiesti.
