Advised an important Austrian bank in respect of a loan granted to the Romanian Ministry of Public Finance, amounting to EUR 300 million, divided into equal segments intended for Tarom’s acquisition of new aircrafts, the partial rehabilitation of the Bucharest-Constanta railway and the rehabilitation of the Bucharest-Baneasa railroad.
Advised the Romanian subsidiaries of the financial services division of a major international group active in the financial services, infrastructure, and media markets in various corporate and commercial matters.
Advised the asset management division of a global financial services company with over 75 million customers in Europe, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia and Australia in a complex project involving checking the compliance of the marketing and sales strategy of the said asset manager across Europe, from the perspective of the implementation of MiFID.
Advised a major international bank in the privatization process of Casa de Economii si Consemnatiuni – CEC SA.
Advised a major international bank acting as project managers for the establishment and the organization of a booking center abroad, used for tax, cost reserve and other regulatory optimization purposes, which platform will be further used for a Romanian-based asset securitization.
