Advised a major bottler, part of the world's largest non-alcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups manufacturer, distributor and marketer, in the process of drawing up, negotiating and concluding the construction agreement for one of its local production facilities.
Advised a major bottler, part of the world's largest non-alcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups manufacturer, distributor and marketer in the process of acquisition of 1.8 ha of land to be used for extending the production facility, including advising on the due diligence with respect to the real estate, negotiation of the acquisition documents with the owners, rezoning the land and the related formalities with courts, land book, cadastral system and tax authorities.
Advised the European wood industry leader during the due diligence investigation and the acquisition of two wood processing factories owned by the Italian market leader.
