Advised the largest US independent company active in the gas business, on all specific legal issues related to the process of acquisition of a gas distribution company from the RPPF investors, including assessing the legal issues related to the gas distribution and environmental issues related to the operation of the target company.
Advised an investment fund in its equity investment into the largest private oil Romanian company.
Advised a European investment fund in relation to the acquisition of a significant Romanian distributor of gaseous fuels through pipes, including full due diligence investigations related to the specific operation of the target company.
Advised the National Agency for Mineral Resources on issues related to the Romanian mining and petroleum laws, as they related to the government’s efforts to attract foreign investment in the oil and gas sector and issues related to concessions thereon.
Advised a hydrocarbon exploration and production company on negotiating and drawing up the license arrangements with the largest state owned Romanian oil company with respect to an exploration project, including a review of the exploitation arrangements documentation of the oil fields and negotiation and drawing up of the related documents.
