Represented the second largest TV cable operator and internet provider in front of the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the telecommunications market, pursuant to the acquisition of another player on the market, a transaction that cumulated 16% of the relevant market.
Represented one of the world's leading producers of highly engineered antifriction bearings and related products and services and alloy steel and components and an international supplier to transportation, manufacturing, construction, and agricultural industries before the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the bearings market, pursuant to the international acquisition by the former of the latter.
Represented an international company active in the food industry and one of Italy’s top energy companies, with operations in the procurement, production and sale of electric power and natural gas before the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the food market, pursuant the international acquisition by the former of a rival oilseed processor.
Represented a holding company headquartered in Amsterdam, providing insurance and pension services in Central and Eastern Europe and CIS, and several individual shareholders before the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the insurance market, pursuant to the acquisition of a major insurance Romanian company, holding a market share that ranged between 7 to 37%, depending on the class of the insurance policies.
Represented a major bottler, part of the world's largest non-alcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups manufacturer, distributor and marketer, before the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the soft drinks market, pursuant to the acquisition of the third mineral water company holding a 13% share on the Romanian relevant market.
