Advised an important regional financial group, already present in the leasing and consumer credit business in Romania, in extending its activities in the securities intermediation, asset management and factoring business.
Advised a Nederland based holding company providing insurance and pension services in Central and Eastern Europe in the establishment and authorization of a company for pillar 2 pension system, and in the launch of a pension fund under the Romanian pensions system.
Advised the worldwide leader in the tire manufacturing field, as Romanian legal counsel in the renegotiation and drawing up of the security package for the "Term Loan" and "Revolving Credit Agreement" for the amount of EUR 505 million.
Advised the leading Austrian investment fund company with EUR 45 billion in assets under management in the procedure for the passporting of 11 international funds in Romania.
Advised an important bank acting on the Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe markets in respect of a EUR 40 million financing agreement signed with the Sibiu City Council and the Sibiu City Hall, for a financing facility destined for the development and modernizing of the Sibiu airport.
