Advised a major Lebanese owned real estate developer on the construction, under FIDIC terms, of a large residential and commercial development project the financing of which amounted to EUR 30 million.
Advised a significant real estate developer during various acquisitions of land plots and constructions located in Bucharest, Romania.
Advised one of the leading Latvian real estate developers in respect to the due diligence on the plot of land exceeding 1.7 ha located in Bucharest, Marasesti Boulevard, for developing a residential park.
