Retained by a major international bank as Romanian legal counsel in view of the implementation of a loan warehousing structure in The Netherlands.
Retained by a major international bank as Romanian legal counsel in a transaction for the securitization of a consumer loan portfolio with a value of EUR 350 million.
Advised two companies active on the local market, part of the world’s largest wood based panel producer, in connection with a EUR 125 million financing granted by a major bank, for the purpose of refinancing two pervious loans from EBRD and Jacatin BV and for supporting the development of the Austrian group’s investment in Romania.
