Advised a major Israeli real estate developer during the entire process of acquisition of several plots of land exceeding 13 ha, located in the North-East, as well as in the West side of Bucharest, for a price exceeding EUR 10 million, designed for the construction of a residential complex.
Advised a major Flemish real estate developer, one of the most active developers on the retail park segment of the Romanian market, in the entire process of acquisition of several plots of land of approximately 12.5 ha, located in Focsani and of approximately 13 ha of land located in Braila, for the development of retail parks.
Advised UK owned investment fund during the process of acquisition of a plot of land of 10 ha located in Ploiesti, for a price exceeding EUR 7.5 million, as well as on aspects regarding the Romanian market necessary for the listing of the fund on the AIM market.
Advised a major player on the automotive sales market, importer of an Asian based renowned cars, motorcycles, personal watercraft, ATVs, engines, generators, marine motors producer during the entire process of acquisition of several plots of land located in the North of Bucharest, for a price exceeding EUR 4.5 million, designed for the construction of a show-room.
