Advised a Romanian insurance company, part of one of the largest insurance companies in Austria and which is the insurance market leader in Central and Eastern Europe, in connection with the adjustment of the company’s business purpose and transfer of assets.
Advised the insurance services direction of a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, in connection with the assessment of claims processing and data processing service against EU Insurance Mediation Directive and local insurance regulations, as well as with respect to the agent licensing requirements within Romanian law and license passporting procedure within the EU member states.
Advised a Romanian insurance company and the insurance group which is the market leader on the Central and Eastern European insurance markets in connection with the acquisition and the registration of a majority stake and the subsequent share transfer between affiliated insurance companies.
Advised a Romanian insurance company, part of one of the largest insurance companies in Austria and which is the insurance market leader in Central and Eastern Europe, in connection with the increase of the company’s share capital and the subsequent registration thereof.
