Assisted a key player on the national and international energy and energetic services market in relation with a series of public procurement procedures organized by important energy companies for the purpose of awarding specific services amounting for more than EUR 60 million each.
Acted as counselors for the consortium made of companies-member of a major Slovak group specialized in power units and power plants engineering in the submission of the pre-qualification documents for participation to a tender to partner with a subsidiary of the Romanian Termoelectrica, for the construction of a new cogeneration group at CET Progresu and CET Fantanele by setting-up a mixed share capital company together with the said subsidiary.
Acting as counselors of a renewable energy technology company, in connection with the development of its wind farm projects in Romania, including advice in drawing up and negotiation of the related property agreements with the landowners, specific supply and maintenance agreements, agreements with the involved public authorities, as well as assistance on dealing with regulatory issues and project finance.
Assisting a Romanian company active in the electric power supply industry in connection with the development of wind farms in various locations in Romania, including drafting the necessary agreements in the relation with the local authorities, assistance for the obtaining of the permits and licenses.
Assisting an active participant on liberalized and emerging energy markets across Europe, in carrying on its activity on the Romanian energy market through its local subsidiary, including internal due diligence analysis on the Romanian subsidiary’s activity, legal advice on its day-to-day business matters, as well as assistance in the company’s relation with the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority.
