Represented an international TV cable operator before the Competition Council in respect of the notification of economic concentration pursuant the acquisition of the Romanian market leader in this area, by way of an acquisition of shares, with a resulting market share that exceeded 30% of the relevant market.
Represented a holding company headquartered in Amsterdam, providing insurance and pension services in Central and Eastern Europe and CIS, before the Competition Council in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the insurance market, pursuant to the sale of a Romanian insurance company to a leading insurance group acting on the CEE markets, for a total consideration exceeding EUR 70 million.
Represented the European wood industry leader before the Competition Council in respect to the notification of economic concentration on the wood processing market, pursuant to the acquisition of two wood processing factories owned by the Italian wood processing market leader.
Represented one of the largest and most experienced private equity investors in Europe, with more than EUR 5 billion in managed assets, before the Competition Council, in respect of the notification of the economic concentration on the household and professional equipment market, pursuant to the complex international acquisition of a Milan Stock Exchange-listed company, specialized in household and professional equipment.
