Represented major food retailer headquartered in Belgium operating in 7 countries in a series of litigation cases related to the nullity of the acquisition of part of the share capital of the largest supermarket operator in Bucharest.
Represented the National Authority for Communications and Information Technology against a major communication services provider on the Romanian market in a series of inter-connection tariff related disputes before the Bucharest Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Justice.
Represented the leader of the cable TV market before a Romanian court against an important TV channel concerning retransmission matters.
Represented the worldwide leader of the insurance market before the Bucharest Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Justice, in a litigation case concerning the recovery of significant damages from the undertaker of water and sewerage public services in Bucharest.
