Advised in the “Upgrading and harmonization of intellectual and industrial property rights and strengthening of implementing authorities in charge of intellectual and industrial property protection" PHARE program.
Represented a major multinational corporation active in the food industry in registering with the National Trademark Registry (State Office for Patents and Trademarks, OSIM) a significant number of designs in various classes including sweets, especially chocolate products and packaging, advertising boards, postcards etc; the firm continues to represent the client in managing the entire process of monitoring and updating the protection of its designs.
Represented a multinational client in the arbitral procedures in front of WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) according to the Rules for Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy approved by ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), in order to obtain the transfer of the domain name.
Represented clients in various legal procedures for the enforcement of trademarks against manufacturers, importers, distributors and sellers of products with counterfeited packages or look-alike packages that could be considered confusingly similar to said trademarks.
Represented major multinational corporation active in the food industry in registering with the National Trademark Registry (State Office for Patents and Trademarks, OSIM) more than three hundred (300) trademarks and three industrial designs in various classes, including human and pet food, sweets, hygienic products etc; the firm continues to represent the client in managing the entire process of monitoring and updating the protection of its trademarks.
