Assisted the local subsidiary of a major international bank on its first sale of a portfolio of non-performing loans having a total value of EUR 13 million and referring to approximately 15,000 debtors and in further sales of non-performing loans.
Assisted the local subsidiary of a major international bank as Romanian legal counsel in a transaction for the cross-border securitization of a consumer loan portfolio, the first transaction of its kind in Romania, in a total value of EUR 262.5 million, with the issuance privately placed to a group of major global banks.
Assisted a major wood processing company during the process of contracting a syndicated loan facility of EUR 152 million required for one of its new investments in Romania.
Acted as Romanian counsel for the EUR 200 million financing of the leverage take-over of the leading alternative local access service provider in the Central European region, responsible with the Romanian security package and an intra-group loan.
