		Assistance to an important player on the financial services market on a broad spectrum of legal issues, from day-to-day corporate activity to a mix of disputes involving debt recovery, insurance claims, back buy and indemnification claims. Representation before the courts of justice, as well in relation with different state entities (customs and fiscal authorities) on contentious matters. Rendered services also covered court representation in 19 bankruptcy files, including participation in the arrangement of the creditors.


		Assisted a leading mobile phone operator on debt recovery issues pertaining to a large volume of default client accounts, including assessment of the optimal legal procedures to be initiated against such, assistance in foreclosure procedures, representation in court files and in the insolvency procedures.
