Assisted the Romanian subsidiary of a world leading property-casualty and general insurance organization in their current corporate and regulatory matters, as well as claims, policy supervision, litigation.
Assisted the seller in a share deal regarding a Romanian insurance company, founding member of the Romanian Insurance Pool against Disasters.
Assisted two important players on the Romanian financial market in the merger of two pillar II private pensions funds.
Assisted a private pensions administrator in relation with the management transfer of a pillar III private pensions fund to a company member of the largest financial group active on the Romanian market.
