Assisted the European leader in the processed meat industry in the share deal for the sale of two of its pig farms, located in the Romanian counties Tulcea and Constanta, to another important market player.
Assisted a leading global information and measurement company to perform a due diligence investigation and prepare relevant report on a PC accessories supplier, in view of the client’s acquiring said target company.
Assisted the largest private player on the Belgian renewable energy market in a variety of transactions for the acquisition of wind farms in the Black Sea region and Central-West region of Romania.
Assisted a Romanian based company in the spin-off of its energy production facilities by a transaction in which the client sold its newly created hydro-power division for a total value of EUR 19.8 million.
