		Assisted the largest private player on the Belgian renewable energy market in a variety of transactions for the acquisition of wind farms in the Black Sea region and Central-West region of Romania.


		Assisted members of a consortium consisting of German and Romanian companies active on the energy market, acting as bidders in a series of public procurement procedures for the purpose of awarding contracts in amount of over EUR 250 million, as well as in the complaints filed in front of National Council for Solving Complaints (CNSC) and the litigation files pursued in front of the Romanian courts related to said awards.


		Assisted a German based oil and energy company on a variety of legal matters in connection with its day-to-day business activity in Romania.


		Assisted an American-Chinese equity fund in connection with an USD 10 million transaction for the minority stake acquisition in a wind energy project of over 200 megawatt in Romania.


		Assisted a Romanian based company in the spin-off of its energy production facilities by a transaction in which the client sold its newly created hydro-power division for a total value of EUR 19.8 million.
