Assisted a consortium formed by a company active in the product areas of nuclear service, nuclear technology, magnet technology and environmental technology throughout the world and a well-known Romanian engineering company and an active trader of electricity in series of public procurement related disputes, with rendered services including assistance to bidders in complaints filed both with the CNSC as well as with the courts of justice against procurement procedures and awarding decisions of the contracting authorities regarding contracts in a total amount exceeding EUR 250 million.
Advised in relation to a nationwide debt recovery plan initiated by a major leasing company acting on the Romanian market against more than 400 default clients.
Assisted a major international insurance company during the investigations and litigation cases regarding insurance claims in an aggregate amount in the range of millions of EUR.
Assisted an office real estate project owner in two litigation cases filed against the Bucharest City Hall, claiming damages in the range of millions of EUR for alleged unpaid financial rights under a supposed private partnership agreement.
Assisted a major international furniture and home decorations manufacturer and distributor in a commercial litigation case initiated by another important player on the furniture market.
