Assisted one of the most active real estate developers in the retail park segment of the Romanian market, in relation to obtaining a EUR 9.5 million loan from one of the top banks active in the Romanian banking system, for the purpose of financing its Botosani investment.
Assisted a Spanish-based multinational construction and civil engineering company field in public procurement procedures organized in the road infrastructure area (under FIDIC rules), including tender documentation analysis and preparing risk matrix for the client, assistance in preparing the offer, negotiations with sub-contractors.
Assisted a world leader in information management services in tailoring its construction framework agreements, including FIDIC, main contractor and sub-contractors agreements, project management agreement, engineering, design and site manager agreements with Romanian legislation in view of developing local storage facilities.
Assisted the Romanian government body which administrates the national motorways and roads in connection with five individual projects aimed at the expropriation of more than 1,600 real estates for the purpose of widening a section of approximately 80 km of a national road in the Western part of Romania.
Assisted the Romanian government body which administrates the national motorways and roads in connection with the expropriation of approximately 250 real estates for the purpose of building the city ring road of a city located in the Western part of Romania.
